Renovation and addition of a connector building between the historic Glenn and Towers student dormitories.
The connector building contains study and gathering spaces and also a work-out facility.
The renovation required extensive site and infrastructure work to bring the project up to the current Georgia Tech standards.
Environmentally sustainable features include an underground cistern to capture rainwater and condensate to be used for irrigation.
Renovation to the central lawn that links the residence halls with the dining facilities to the south included preservation of existing Oak trees, addition of pedestrian gathering areas.
