Civil Engineering services for four warehouse/distribution facilities totaling approximately 649,183 s.f. in City of Buford and Hall County, Georgia. Included in the civil engineering services was a USACE Individual Permit. The four buildings were leased prior to completion, so our team made revisions during construction to meet the tenants’ individual needs. We also included in the design parking and entry features to add flexibility to any future tenants needs. In addition to the industrial buildings, we provided services for four commercial plats that front the Friendship Distribution Center site. Our team worked with the contractor to mitigate groundwater issues discovered during construction.
