Bryn House is a five story, 337-unit, Class-A apartment complex and retail development located between Emory University and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Our team provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for the new luxury apartments. Our Landscape Architecture team designed the site amenities which includes an elevated pool deck with cabanas and outdoor kitchen; an urban plaza anchored by a coffee shop; two interior courtyards, and a dog park. streetscape and amenity areas featuring lush plantings, large trees, and contemporary materials.
