Shugart Farms industrial complex is a 3,000-acre master-planned development that will eventually have 16 million s.f. of industrial/distribution space.
Eberly & Associates provided services for Shugart Farms in Fairburn which included civil design documents and permitting for a speculative 1 million s.f. warehouse/distribution center expandable to 1.3 million s.f. Once the project was purchased, we continued with the tenant’s site requirements. This building was leased by Smuckers while the second building, leased by Duracell, is a 873,800 s.f. cross-dock facility.
Shugart Farms in Palmetto is a a 980,000 s.f. speculative warehouse turned build-to-suit for Phillips-Van Heusen, with associated improvements to the adjacent infrastructure including road improvements to Tatum Road, a public water main extension, and a private lift station and off-site forcemain for the sanitary sewer to serve the site.
Eberly & Associates provided master planning for the development and civil engineering and landscape services for Phase I & Phase II of this complex.
