Civil engineering services for the building demolition and a total of 217,468 s.f. of building additions and renovations to the existing Jonesboro High School. Scope included grading, drainage and associated site work at the campus.

In order to maintain use of the school and avoid using any portable classrooms, the entire design and construction team implemented a phased plan to deliver the much needed cohesive design of the innovative campus. Half the facility was demolished in phases to make way for new construction, all while the school remained in operation.

The main entrance was reconfigured to improve the traffic circulation and parking. New construction included a large cafeteria and media center as well as a gymnasium with track plus 4 courtyards were added to be utilized for outdoor learning.
