Campbell Hall Renovation

Agnes Scott College

Eberly & Associates provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the renovation of a historic legacy science building to become a living and learning center featuring suite-style rooms to accommodate 90 students. The other areas of the building will include academic classrooms and learning centers, a small theater, conference and collaboration space.

To support the school’s desire for an energy-efficient building, the renovation included a new hybrid geothermal heating and cooling system which is supported by a geothermal well field in the quadrangle adjacent to the building. The civil site package included locating the wells and coordination with the Mechanical Engineer on the geothermal location and connections.
