Civil Engineering, landscape architecture and master planning services for a new four-building industrial park that spans over 97 acres and totals 1,089,180 s.f. along McEver Road in Buford, Georgia.
We worked collaboratively with the owner and city to reduce community impact of the development. The development required permitting with multiple jurisdictions including the City of Buford and Hall County. As well as through Georgia EPD to disturb over 50 acres at one time and extensive erosion control construction administration was provided due to the property bordering Lake Lanier. Our services also included a DRI, offsite road improvements and design of a new public road that serves as the spine road into the site and allows for easier accessibility.
