Following demolition of the existing buildings, the Eberly & Associates team designed a new 120,000 s.f. last mile fulfillment center to meet the growing demand of online shoppers. This facility is designed to receive packages from fulfillment and sorting centers and are loaded for delivery to customers. The team delivered this project in 18 months from design to occupancy using open communication and efficient document and construction coordination.
