Clayton County Schools chose an abandoned residential development for its new 700-student, grade 6-12 charter school, requiring the redesign of the existing infrastructure and the major access artery. The team worked with Clayton County to coordinate drives to connect with future roadway realignment project.
Eberly & Associates’ scope of work included civil site design for the school and associated athletics and design of a master grading plan for future development on the site to include utilization and expansion of existing the detention pond.
