Eberly & Associates provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for a multi-story, multifamily community in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood. The design features six, five and four-stories stepping down to meet the mostly single-family neighborhood. Our landscape architects helped merge this integration with ornamental planting and trees along the perimeter of the building.
The 87,000 s.f. development includes 205 units, amenities including a rooftop pool and clubhouse, business center, fitness room, retail space and structured parking.
