One of the first luxury apartments along the Eastside Beltline trail, Eberly & Associates provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for the 230-apartment community. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are wrapped around a precast concrete five to six level structured parking deck.
The site was designed and landscaped with access points connecting the development to the Beltline before that area of the Beltline was developed.
A unique and significant challenge was to seamlessly incorporate an existing 20-foot free-standing retaining wall into the design. This saved significant money and time for the contractor and owner.
