Land planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for a two building warehouse facility on a 62 acre site in Coweta County, Georgia totaling 403,648 sf. A land disturbance permit was required through Coweta County and a nationwide permit that was required for the entrance drive through the Army Corps of Engineers. Our team successfully navigated existing site constraints included floodplain, streams, zoning buffers, existing detention pond for the adjacent property, and a public lift station and access road on site.
