Located on 98 of a 109-acre master planned sports complex, Georgia Soccer Park now has six grass athletic fields with trees between the fields and a 6,000 s.f. sustainable multi-purpose Park Pavilion.

Maintaining the natural setting and sustainable features were a key attribute to this project. Located within the floodplain of Camp Creek, the Eberly team analyzed existing conditions to ensure the development did not alter the floodplain or floodway. We designed an on-site water retention pond to service the fields’ irrigation system and coordinated with the design team to collect roof drainage into a rainwater harvesting tank to be reused for the facility.
