Experience
- Preferred minimum 3 years of undergrad study.
Desired Skills
- Software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp; Excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge of design phases and deliverables, demonstrable knowledge of design theory and practice.
Additional Skills
- Software: LandFX, Lumion, other specialized 3D and/or rendering software, full Adobe CS, Deltek Vision; Excellent hand rendering abilities, demonstrable experience in creating construction documents, specialized knowledge of sustainable practices, SITES, LEED or similar certification(s).
