Renovation of a historic building and a new addition to create a state-of-the-art middle school to serve the growing Midtown Atlanta community. Based on a previous design that was never completed, the project team kept focused on the school’s history and the importance this new facility would play for its ever-growing neighborhood. Eberly & Associates, Inc. provided civil engineering services for the re-design of this historic middle school. Scope included approximately 100,000 s.f. addition, parking lot, drives, bus drop-off, and upgrades to the athletic fields and tracks.
