Civil Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of civil/site design and development experience. Responsibilities and Requirements include:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Writing proposals and scopes of work
- Managing preparation of construction documents, which include site layout, utility, erosion control, grading plans and stormwater management facilities
- Managing clients and schedules
- Knowledge with local municipal requirements and writing due diligence reports and feasibility studies
- Knowledge of permitting land development projects with local municipalities
- Proficient in the latest design software, primarily AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow Hydrographs
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field of study from an accredited college or university
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with GA licensure
Project Landscape Architect/Designer with a minimum of 2 years of full-time landscape architectural practice experience. Responsibilities and Requirements include:
- Assisting project managers in creation of 2D and 3D design renderings and visualizations
- Assisting project managers in the preparation of construction documents, including hardscape and landscape design, layout, grading and detailing
- Researching local municipal requirements and assist in preparing code-compliant landscape permitting documents
- Utilizing powerful design software including AutoCAD, Land FX, Adobe CS, SketchUp and Lumion
- Assisting in construction administration
- Bachelor in Landscape Architecture degree or related field of study from an accredited program and university
- Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and SketchUp
Civil Project Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of civil/site design and development experience. Responsibilities and Requirements include:

- Assisting in hydrology design and writing stormwater management reports
- Researching local municipal requirements and writing due diligence reports and feasibility studies
- Assisting in permitting land development projects
- Utilizing the latest design software, primarily AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow Hydrographs
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field of study from an accredited college or university
- EIT Certification preferred
Staff Landscape Architect/Designer with a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture degree or related field of study from an accredited program and university. Responsibilities include:

Entry Level Civil Engineer with a BS in Civil Engineering or related field of study from an accredited college or university. Responsibilities include:

Intern Landscape Designer pursuing a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture degree or related field of study from an accredited program and university. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting project teams in creation of design renderings and visualizations
- Assisting in record keeping and maintaining and documenting group standards
- Utilizing powerful design software including AutoCAD, Land FX, Adobe CS, SketchUp and Lumion
- Assisting in preparing code-compliant landscape permitting documents
- Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and documents
