Sustainability
Wherever possible, Eberly & Associates incorporates principles of sustainability. We have LEED® accredited staff registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and we recommend the incorporation of sustainable design principles wherever appropriate on projects we design. For many in the building industry, understanding performance benefits, setting design targets, and identifying critical tasks for sustainable building are new steps. Shaping this process is a most critical aspect of developing a green building approach. At Eberly & Associates, we are prepared to assist with all aspects of design and to pursue LEED® certification for your project.
Our Planners, Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects create unique solutions that respect the natural environmental conditions. Our approach results in sites that more closely reflect natural ecological patterns than traditional engineering techniques, while reaching project goals and objectives. Our designs are tightly integrated into the landscape design for a project, as many of the techniques rely on natural processes such as biofiltration, wetlands treatment, and rainwater re-use.
