This mixed used development includes 77 residential units and 6,000 square feet of retail shops and offices. A parking for 96 cars is provided in the underground parking deck. The urban site required detailed underground utility coordination and a custom erosion central plan to manage rainwater during the underground parking deck excavation phase. The pedestrian-friendly building has a modern, glass-and-brick feel and incorporates Asheville’s arts heritage into its decorating and design. |
