| | Dacula Park Activity Building Gwinnett County, GA Eberly and Associates is proud to have successfully completed this $3 million Gwinnett County park as Prime Consultant. The project has run smoothly from conceptual Masterplan through construction The scope involved activity building with pad for future gymnasium, tennis courts, multi-use trail, decal lane and entrance on Old Auburn road. The project team successfully placed the activity building to take advantage of existing grade, retaining a group of pine trees to frame the entrance and capturing the existing hardwood forest as a backdrop. Parking is discretely placed to either side of the building and a landscaped roundabout takes center stage. To the rear of the building a north facing slope provides a shaded spectator area for the tennis courts. The storm ponds are hidden away beyond immediate sight and existing trees are retained to help screen the tennis courts from neighboring properties to the North. |
