Enotah Hall Dormitory

  • Student dormitory with 200 beds on a 5 acre site.
  • Removed a surface parking lot to create a geo-thermal field
  • LEED Silver Certified – first higher education facility north of Atlanta to achieve LEED Silver certification

Recreation & Wellness Center

  • Two-story, 55,000 s.f. new center on 5 acres.
  • Included design of a loop road and campus storm water detention pond.
  • Project used local field stone and materials found throughout historic campus
  • LEED Silver Certified

Senior Village

  • Unique village style housing for 252 seniors in 13 free standing wood frame buildings.
  • Site had significant elevation and accessibility design challenges.
  • Designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification

Rollins Campus Center

  • New 125,000s.f. Student Center with student dining, library, study spaces.
  • Environmentally sustainable features include a geothermal wall system.
  • Design incorporates outdoor porches for informal student gatherings or studying.
  • Designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification

Towers Hall Dormitory

  • New pod-style freshman housing located near the heart of the campus.
  • Three building, 200 bed community is connected by a shared central building.

Other projects include hard scape and landscape design for the school’s monumental sign, amenity pond and tennis courts.
