Throughout his 35 years of experience, as a design professional, he has stressed the advantage of Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects on the same staff as a critical driver in producing practical engineering solutions with aesthetics as a primary concern. A team who can visualize site assets, and develop them into an economically viable and aesthetically pleasing finished product. He is the past president of the Georgia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Mr. Eberly is a founding member of the CoreNet Global Sustainability Community and a member of its Task Force on Organizational Structure and Content. He is also a co-founder of the Eberly & Associates' sister company Pruitt Eberly Stone, Inc. (Structural Engineering). Vice President Gregory L. Delaney, PE, LEED APVice PresidentMr. Delaney joined Eberly & Associates, Inc. in 1988. He has 35 years experience in site planning, design, construction and consultation in the Southeast, including state and local planning and permitting efforts such as the DRI (Developments of Regional Impact) process and Georgia Department of Transportation joint funded projects. Mr. Delaney is also responsible for all day to day Business Operations of the firm as well as its technical Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. In addition, he is Principal in Charge for the Landscape Architecture group. Mr. Delaney is recognized by his clients as the "absolute best technical expert in his field". - Scott L. Gardner, PE
Principal Scott L. Gardner, PEPrincipalMr. Gardner has 22 years professional experience in various aspects of design and construction administration services. Mr. Gardner has a strong geotechnical engineering background as well as civil engineering design strength. He has extensive expertise in design issues involving earthwork and site design. Mr. Gardner is responsible for production of design documents by all project managers of the firm. His strong background and solid knowledge of industrial facilities and mixed-use communities design, including Development of Regional Impacts (DRI), make him the go-to expert for his clients. Associate Brian K. Brumfield, PE, LEED APAssociateMr. Brumfield has 13 years of professional experience in various aspects of civil design and construction administration services. He is responsible for project design and administration from due diligence/conceptual design through contract documents and construction phase services. Mr. Brumfield has considerable expertise in design issues involving civil site designs in a wide variety of project types including healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use luxury high rise communities. Associate Kevin S. Edwards, PEAssociateMr. Edwards has over 13 years experience in all phases of civil site design from conceptual design and land planning through final design phase. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, including multi-family developments, mixed-use communities, and institutional facilities. His area of expertise is in multi-family projects with an emphasis on student housing and garden style apartments. Mr. Edwards has experience throughout the state of Georgia, and in particular with permitting process with the City of Atlanta, where he was previously employed for 6 years. He has worked with other municipalities in the region including Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, and Gwinnett Counties. Associate Paul Flippo, PE, LEED APAssociate Mr. Flippo has over 10 years experience in all phases of Civil Site Design from conceptual design and land planning through final design phase. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, including in multi family, education, office, industrial, retail, and federal projects. Experience includes site planning, design and permitting. Mr. Flippo became a LEED Accredited Professional in July 2004 and has numerous LEED projects on his resume.
