Eberly & Associates is providing civil engineering services for another phase of the Daniel Corporation’s 12th & Midtown mixed-use development. The new 23‐story residential and retail tower named ‘77 12th Street’ will rise on the corner of 12th Street and Crescent Avenue. The project’s total completion time is twenty months with construction starting this month. Eberly & Associates was the Civil Engineering firm of Record for the 3 previous phases of this most dynamic mixed-use initiative in Atlanta.
