Morehouse College Celebrates the Completion of the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center

E&A recently attended the opening of the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center & Music Academic Building at Morehouse College.  E&A provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the project which was completed in the fall of 2010.  The facility is a 68,000 s.f. on 6.5 acres. The building will house the College’s legendary music program, which dates back to the founding of the world renowned Morehouse College Glee Club in 1911. Also included in the building will be instructional, rehearsal and performance space. The project builds upon a long-lasting relationship with Morehouse College including design services for the Leadership Center, dormitories, parking and campus infrastructure.
