Ground Breaking at Albany State University

Albany State University and the Georgia Board of Regents broke ground on August 20th for a new 600 bed, 178,000 SF student housing facility. The project will be built by Juneau Construction and was designed by Lord Aeck and Sargent Architects. The project begins an exciting phase of construction at the University which includes the concurrent construction of the new Student Center and the upcoming design selection for the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center at Albany State. E&A provided civil engineering services for the project.
