E&A and HSMM|AECOM team-up on a $130 Million renovation at Fort Benning, GA

Since 1918, Fort Benning, Georgia, has served as the "Home of the Infantry” and Fort Knox, Kentucky, has served as the "Home of the Armor" since 1933. Under the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission's Report, the Armor School will relocate from Fort Knox to Fort Benning, which will be designated at the "Maneuver Center of Excellence." Eberly & Associates is on the design team with HSMM|AECOM as prime to renovate the existing 1950’s Fort Benning Headquarters Building to become the new Maneuver Center of Excellence Headquarters. This $130 Million renovation will reinvent this iconic structure of Fort Benning well into the future.
