Civil engineering services for this project located in the heart of Atlanta, on 6.1 acres. This residential and retail development will include approximately 100,000 sf of retail and a main street shopping experience on Piedmont Road. The site also will feature a grocery store, bookstore, boutique shops and restaurant that will augment Morningside’s already strong cultural allure. Additionally there will be 275 luxury apartments to enhance the live-work-play environment of this in-town neighborhood. The project has approximately 700 ft of frontage on Piedmont Road and approximately 70 feet of frontage on Cheshire Bridge Road.
