Braselton Industrial Park Buildings 3-4

Braselton Industrial Park Buildings 3 & 4 included the design and construction of the Building Pads. Both sites were graded to a pad ready state along with the construction of the Detention Ponds, partial storm drainage systems, and utility services. Whole Foods recently purchased the Building 4 pad and the design is currently underway to construct a 160,000 s.f. cold storage warehouse.
