There is approximately 15,600 s.f. of leasing and retail space. The parking deck has adequate parking for the tenants living there. Parallel spaces are also constructed to have adequate parking for the tenants living there. Parallel spaces along the frontage of Ellsworth and Huff will also provide parking for the retail areas.
