| | W Buckhead Hotel & Residences Atlanta, Georgia Eberly & Associates provided civil engineering and Landscape Architecture/Tree Protection services for the hip and luxurious W Hotel & Residences located at 3387 Lenox Road on a 3.6-acre property. The facility is slated to open summer 2008 and will have 225 guest rooms with at least 120 luxury condominiums on top. The new 28 stories, $160 million project will boast a rooftop bar, two-story restaurant, 7,000-square-feet of meeting space, a health club and dedicated parking garage with 478 spaces. |
