Civil engineering design for a 1,162,800 SF, 4.15 acres student residence, parking structure and ancillary facilities. The complex integrated two highrise buildings, two midrise buildings (2,000 beds apartment style), club house, post office, meeting rooms, community rooms and a Police annex.
