Tuttle Courthouse Annex

Civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the exisiting Tuttle Courthouse. The project included complete renovation for the 128,000 s.f buidling and brought the site work up to current code. The courthouse required underground detention facilities, streetscaping, and an underground pedestrian tunnel. The project was awarded LEED Certification for its design and construction.
