Civil engineering and landscape architecture services for a new 35,000 s.f., $10 Million Arts Center on 20-acre. The building includes a 500-seat auditorium, a 104-seat “Black Box” theater, a community room and display space for visual arts, a 300 car parking, outdoor gathering areas and trails.
