Eberly & Associates provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for a 56,725 s.f. building renovation and expansion for a long term lease with the General Services Administration (GSA). The space will operate as the local office for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency to service the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The site design included minimum AT/FP parking/vehicle standoff distance requirements, a new truck loading dock and an underground detention/water quality system. The project is currently seeking LEED Silver Certification.
