GSA Office Building

Civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the exisiting GSA Office Building. The project included complete renovation for the 128,000 s.f building and brought the site work up to current code. The facility required underground detention facilities, streetscaping, and an underground pedestrian tunnel. The project was awarded LEED Certification for its design and construction.
